Oops Alley Bowl Off

2015 Bowling Challenge with MSCC and Sunset Vettes

It was a day of “thrills and spills” or more accurately “strikes and gutter balls.” Our annual bowling challenge with Sunset Vettes of Northwest Florida was held January 31 at Oops Alley. Thanks to Greg and Flo Brand, 37 members from MSCC and Sunset bowled, cheered and ate their fill of pizza. This year’s low score trophy went to Becky Parsons from Sunset who bowled a one-game total of 48. Our own Greg Brand took home the highest score bowling a one-game total of 146. President Steve Wilson accepted on behalf of MSCC, the Highest Club Average trophy bowling pin. For the first time in several years, MSCC beat out Sunset for this most prized trophy. MSCC averaged 100 pins while Sunset averaged 87 pins per game. Plans are already in the works for a rematch same time, same place next year.
